The Local Organising Committee (LOC) offers all poster presenters the option to print their posters locally and have them mounted on the poster boards before delegates arrive.

If you wish to utilise this complimentary local printing and display service, an email address for poster submission will be shared shortly. Please ensure your completed poster file is submitted no later than May 31, 2026, using the provided template.

Should your poster not be ready by May 31, you will need to print it yourself using A0 size paper and display it in the designated poster rooms.

All posters should be removed by 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 25, 2026; otherwise, they will be taken down and recycled.
