The rates are quoted in EURO and are per room per night and are valid for minimum 5 nights of accommodation. A supplement of 10% in addition to the original rate will be charged to participants who wish to stay for less than 5 nights.

The rates are available only if the booking of the room is made through CCBS and this procedure/platform.

Check in time: 15:00pm, check out time: 11:00am.

BB means that the room rate includes Breakfast.

Rooms labeled as “Up to 2 persons” can accommodate 1 or 2 guests. If you want separate beds please note your request as well as your roommate’s Name in the Extra Notes section.

To book rooms for more than 2 persons, children, before and after the conference dates, please send your request via email and we will send you a quote.

The Overnight Stay Tax, which differs depending on the category of the hotel, is not included and it is payable by the client directly to the hotel upon check in. Please see below the Overnight Stay Tax for 2023 per room per night:

– 5* hotels is 4€

– 4* hotels is 3€

– 3* hotels is 1.50€

The Greek Government is discussing the increase of the Overnight stay tax for 2024. If this happens the cost will be raised accordingly.

Your Room Reservation is not complete until payment has been received.

Payment is available through the online form, with bank transfer or credit card (Visa or Master Card).

If, by the time CCBS Greece receives your room request, the hotel you have selected is already fully booked, CCBS Greece will propose an alternative similar hotel at the same price range.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Until March 31st, 2024: Full refund minus 30€ Administrative fees

From April 1st until April 14th, 2024: Full refund minus 1 night of Accommodation

From April 15th until May 14th, 2024: Full refund minus 50% of Accommodation

From May 15th 2024 onwards: No refund of Accommodation fees
