All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@bioem2024.org.

The following fees will be applied:

– Provided written notice is received 30 days prior to the event, 80% refund will be offered.

– Provided written notice is received 10 days prior to the event, 40% refund will be offered.

– Provided written notice less than 10 days prior to the event, no refund will be offered.
