The Local Organising Committee (LOC) offers all poster presenters the option to print their posters locally and have them mounted on the poster boards before delegates arrive.

If you wish to utilize this complimentary local printing and display service, please ensure your completed poster file is sent to bioem2025loc@gmail.com no later than June 1, 2025, using the provided template.

Should your poster not be ready by June 1st, you will need to print it yourself using A0 size paper and display it in the designated poster rooms.

All posters should be removed by 10:00 am on June 26, 2025; otherwise, they will be taken down and recycled.
